Qualifications: i) Master Degree in Library Science after obtaining a Degree or its equivalent in General / Technical Education. Diploma in Computer Applications/Library Automation and Networking will be preferred.

Experience: One to three years experience in a Library/Computerization of a library in Government or Autonomous Research/Educational Institution funded by the Government or University or an Institution of Repute. Experience of working in a modern, preferably automated environment is essential. Experience in handling library management software desirable.

Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 (PB-2) +Grade Pay Rs.4200/-

Age: Preferably below 40 years
