Essential Qualification : Ist Class Bachelor of Library Science.
Desirable Qualification: Some experience of working in a library or MLISc. Knowledge of working in library software and computer hand for day to day work.

Job Requirement: Serial Control: Acquisition process, day to day entry of issues of journals, sending reminders in case of non-receipt of issues, binding management of journals, bibliographical entry of bound volumes into database, providing current awareness list of journals, generating computerized report and presenting the same as required from time to time. Arranging up-to-date display of latest issues of print journals and tracking of online journals plus others on routine technical matters.

Pay Scales: Rs. 9300-34800 + G.P. Rs. 4200/- Total

Age- 28 Years
